I have so much anxiety that I have trouble walking too. I don't feel like I'm walking on a slippery surface, but I do feel like I am about to fall at every step if I am walking outdoors, especially if I am alone (which I usually am). It is worse around the place where I live than it is at other places, and worst of all on pavement. I wish I had 4 feet! I am trying to get used to walking with my trekking poles, which is like having two canes, kind of like being 4-footed.
