This is a tangent from my original post inspired by the vegan person telling her boyfriend to get rid of his cat.

I am baffled by people like the girlfriend. Cats, and plenty of other critters, evolved needing to eat meat. Cats fed a vegan diet get sick and can die because they don't get the nutrients they need to survive. What about carivorous animals in the wild? What are they supposed to eat?

Its like when a professional says to get rid of a pet - literally based on the fact they don't like that particular type of pet

like my doctor wants me to get rid of my girls - just cause she does not like cats

Bye bye to anyone who does not like the fact I have them, I will never rehome them
