Zeke... the best thing I got going right now. I let him in, and when I'm crying, he jumps up so his paws are in my lap, then jumps up again so one hand is on my shoulder. If I go to bed feeling ok, he seems to sleep on the far corner of my bed... if I go to bed sad and/or crying, he scooches up right behind my legs. I love the little bugger... even if he does chew on things he shouldn't and gets all hyper sometimes.

Sweetpea...Zeke sounds a lot like my Fozzie, who is about the same age. He loves, I mean LOVES to get into bed with me at night, settling his large whump of self up next to me. He visits with me for a while, lovingly biting my hand and placing his face near me, then turns the other direction with is body plumped up next to my lower half. He is very comforting despite his annoying destructions.

hey there... i am a dog re-habber and have taken care of too many dogs and puppys to count over the years...

i just wanted to share with you a lil fact i am sure you already know...

dogs are the only known species on the planet other than humans that seem to exibit true empathy!

which makes us as humans very very responsible for them and their well being!

i am so glad you two have each other!

my dogs bring me great joy
