This is for emotional support and strategies for people who have issues around overeating and/or binge eating:

http://psychcentral.com/disorders/ea...ting_binge.htm

I hope you find this area helpful in your efforts to cope with this concern.

Best,
DocJohn

Doc John,
My name is Cindie. I was wondering whether or not you are a psychiatrist, psychologist, or Clinical Social Worker.

Hi Cindie,

DocJohn is a psychologist but this is a PEER support site. We don't have professionals here to diagnose.
