And I am always feeling empty... emotionally. I don't know why but I just am. And so I eat and eat and eat, to fill that hole and it never gets filled. I have to have a full stomach before going to bed too. I feel like I will never get out of this.

I feel the exact same way

"I can't be myself and I don't want to talk. Now I'm taking the cure so I can be quiet whenever I want."

Needing to have a full stomach before going to bed in and of itself is OK, not a sign of disordered eating.

Depends on if you stomach is full or absolutely pulsating from all the food you have crammed in just not to feel emotions any more.

Hey,

I struggle with the same thing, eating to fill a feeling of emptiness. If you don't mind me asking krisakira, what is it that feel empty in your life to make you want to eat?
