I have stuffed myself this weekend. The same last weekend. No reason, just have. Been ok for probably the last 6 months but slowly slipping back into bad habbits. Going to have to try and be strict with myself for a few weeks, but the only incentive I've got is just to make sure I can still get in my clothes. Feel very, very fat. Hopefully now I've written this, I will pull myself together.

Thanks,
Today is another day. I will be ok. I think I have a lot of stress at the moment so thats not helping. My mother has breast cancer and my darling middle son, who is 18 has just announced he is joining the army. This has devastated me. I dont want to lose him, and everyone says I should be proud, but I just feel sad. My two youngest children have only been back living with me for 3 years, and it is difficult to let go. I am a complete control freak and am terrified of losing them. So I am comfort eating. So is life.
