My problem is that I am always hungry. Even after I have eaten a meal. Lately I have been good and not over eating but I am miserable because I am always thinking about food. As soon as I finish breakfast I am counting down the hours til lunch. Any suggestions?

Drink lots of water between meals, sometimes your body can confuse dehydration with hunger, if you still feel hungry after drinking a tall glass of water try eating a small healthy snack.

Are you taking any medications that could be causing this? Just an idea. I'm taking Seroquel and all I can think about is food.
