Trying to keep up my exercise routine this week, and keep up with meds etc all in the effort to help my health overall. But I felt unwell for 3 days and I missed those 3 days of exercise--I feel awful about it. I'm trying to get back into my health routine.

I'm not looking forward to telling my cbt t that I messed up. I think he will be kind about it, still worried.

Awe hang in there hun. It's a great time I get back on track. Try to put the disappointment and judgement out of your head and simply start again. I think of it like I would my godson - teaching him to tie his shoes. He gets frustrated and wants to give up....and probably has to try to tie his lives 20+ times before he Finally gets it. And even ten, sometimes he's gotta keep practicing. The next thing you know, he does it very day without thinking about it. He's not a failure....he's growing and learning! Hugs to you

Thanks DD!! That is a sweet analogy!!

I did an 1.5 hr routine yesterday, but missed again today. I think I'm fighting off a cold or flu but I have to be careful that I'm not making excuses either. It is hard to tell!

Thanks for responding!!!!!!

Update---think I am back on track this week. My cbt guy commented that "you're really shedding the pounds"...really??? So happy to hear it from someone else--when I look in the mirror I look the same as ever.
