I didn't lose any weight this week and am very disappointed. It actually wasn't such a bad week in dieting with no major binges. If anyone has some support or compassion i would love to hear from you.

I find it's better to stay off the scales and just focus on a normal eating cycle. Your clothes will tell you if you're gaining weight. Your actual weight fluctuates so much that daily weighing can be deceptive. A healthy controlled eating plan like weight watchers can help but it may be too big as a first step. Step 1 for me was loving myself. Step 2 was planning what I would eat that day...writing it down if necessary and share it with a friend. OA can help if you can get past the god stuff.
Thanks for this!

I used to weigh myself twice a day.
Then I cut it down to once a day
Now, I do fight the urge to do it, I tell myself that the
best scales that I have is how my jeans fit
