Every night I binge. I get up in the middle of the night and just eat. I doń know how to stop myself. I've tried everything. I feel helpless tonight this addiction to food.

Hello Taylorlamelza: Eating disorders can be difficult to overcome. What you're probably going to need to do is to get hooked up with an eating disorders program. There are many of them around. A good source of general information, with regard to eating disorders, is California therapist Kati Morton. Kati is on YouTube, Facebook, & Twitter. She also has her own website. She has a special interest in eating disorders. Check her out. My best wishes to you...

If you have a P.doc, discuss this with him/her.

This is more common than you think
