I do not do very well with sugary things however I am very attracted to sugary foods. Mixed in with emotions it makes my ears ring. I just don't always know what the best thing is. Sometimes I feel at a loss. Everything seems not helpful. Always trying to figure it out. Okay, plan ahead. Have what you need readily at hand. Take care of yourself. Sounds like some ideas for me.

Most of us know what we should be eating but avoiding the stuff that tastes good but isn't good for us is the challenge! Having 'good' foods available keeps me from eating too much junk. I've always taken my own lunch to work - it saves money and calories. I keep a power bar in my purse so if I get hungry when I am not at home, I don't stop for the chips or candy at a store.

I am a salt person, chips pretzels..etc
It is a challenge not to eat them, but I do make sure that there is none in the house

I am bipolar, when I am moving into a depressive stage, it seems like all of the food in the world won't fill me. My soul feels empty, so I try to compensate by filling up my tummy instead

Upset and eating. My esophagus is tight and it is hard to swallow . Why, because I am struggling with my counselor, my husband and it feels like most folk. There are things I can't hear because they are down and negative. Hit myself inside when I fear it is going in that direction. Trying to learn how to say stop. Not feeling very good from all of this!

I wish there was something I could look at that didn't hurt like so much! Family, friend, most events hurt!
