Does anyone out there struggle with nighttime binging? It makes me hate myself and my body. I have recently gained quite a lot of pounds in four months from binging. I feel I can't stop. I know it serves a purpose and that purpose is pain and the lack of affection. I go days or even weeks without being touched and that devastates me. I eat because I'm lonely. Does anyone out there feel the same way?

Do you mean night-time as in you are doing it in your sleep?
Or night-time as in the time after dinner and before bed?

I have trouble with snacking after dinner before I go to bed, but I have never had problems eating during the night. I know there are some medications that can make you sleep walk and eat. The only thing I can recommend is to have lots of fresh vegies in the frig. I hope you find away to control the results of your desires.

There is an element of human contact
