It seems like the best thing to do is to take good care of myself. I feel terrible a lot of times but if I do things that I like, dress nicely, listen to good music, read good books and eat as properly as I can then I feel better.

[B]uuutties. Yurp, the same for me. Taking enough time to do my toilet etc IS DEF part of my best scene. OK some days I don't wanna leave my bed. I take small steps at a time, it's the only way to keep things together. HUGS. xxxx
Thanks for this!

Sometimes it seems so hard even to take care of yourself, if only I could remember there are great longer lasting rewards when you do so.
