What are some programs that you think are most beneficial? Nutrisystem? or the 21 day fix?

i just went and saw a nutritionist and she gave me a simple plan that runs around 1200 calories. and i dont have to cook!
you buy hiprotein shakes, either the powder or premade 20-30mg of protein. breakfast...shake snack lunch-microwave meal with 1-2 cups of veggies snack dinner-microwave meal with 1-2 cups of veggies snack - 1/2 protein shake or snack list the microwave meals are basically any microwave meal under 300 calories each. the veggies you obviously dont slather in butter, cheese or ranch. the snacks are supposed to be good for you fruits, hard boiled egg, etc.....but when i see these things can be 70 + calories i cheat as i still need my sweets. chocolate chips you get 30 in a serving for 70 calories. eating them 1 at a time, letting them melt in your mouth you can drag the chocolate pleasure sensation out for like 10-15 minutes. this is how i dont deprive myself of the goodness i need. |

My best bet is Weight Watchers.
