An accountability person? She is not a specialist in eating disorders. Nor have I been dx'ed with one. I started yesterday with making healthier choices. Eventually want to be gluten free vegan but that is going to be a slow process, neither medically necessary, but when I tried this 1-2 years ago I felt the best ever. While not dx'ed I'm pretty sure I meet criteria just hasn't come up with my NP. We'll see.
