Trouble with my doctor, struggles with communication with my husband, feeling separated from kids and grandkids, self hurting thoughts abounding, and food in the midst of it all. I am eating for comfort. Eating to feel full. Eating to feel safe. Eating to take the place of relationship . Eating because I am hiding my feelings. Eating because it feels hopeless. Eating because I am trying to feel better. And, I am in pain.
