I'm ashamed of how much I ate in the last two days. Eating is like a compulsion lately and I never feel full

strangely enough, when i'm eating a cooked meal- i never feel full, and always feel i need more- but when it comes to what to eat next, i find i can't eat anymore cooked stuff- i have to go for the junk (the chocolates, the potato chips etc)
