I've struggled with my weight for such a long time. A few years ago I was at a healthy weight, but slowly I gained it again. For the past few months I've been obsessed with eating making me gain even more weight. I just can't stay away from the unhealthy foods and food is just on my mind all the time. At this point I started trying to eat just one meal a day, since my cholesterol ended up being to high. I know it isn't healthy but I'm so desperate to try and lose weight and if I do eat during the day, I know I won't be able to stop snacking

i know how much of a struggle it is!

with me, i try for 2 meals per day (a small breakfast, and a sort of big dinner), but i still snack in between.. and then i face the problem of if i do decide to have lunch, i eat too much of it- and can't eat dinner later on

so for now i've scrapped lunch completely- which has done me no favours in the long run, because i still eat way too much

finding a good balance.. it's hard

It really is! And you're confronted with food literally all day.

I knew a lady once who was heavy, she decided to keep moving all day long and only stop when she went to bed. Her constant movement helped take the weight off and keep the weight off. I guess it's true cause i saw that it did work for her... blessings and tc

Mine isn't in my room but it doesn't really matter whether it's in my room or the kitchen haha. And to keep moving is a good idea, but it's hard to study while walking around all day.
