I have not been diagnosed but have been a binge water for a very long time which has caused weight problems. I am hoping to find a way to get this under control.

Hi! I can relate to what you are saying. I often feel out of control eating too much when I'm noT even hungry. Definitely an emotional eater and I wish I could give you a solution but I'm struggling myself. Keep taking about it and asking for support. These boards are a good support for me
