I was just diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and it seems to me like having that makes the over eating so much harder to control when I'm in one state I eat fine and healthy and workout but in other states I get no exercise and binge eat to cope with my problems. Any advice is welcome but anyone with experience with BPD and over-eating would love to hear from you.

Hope everyone has a blessed day in whatever way that means to you.
