Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this community and really like how supportive it is. I just wanted to know what everyone's goals are? Is it maby to eat badly once a week? once a month? never?

For me: I work out regularly, and in the fitness community eating a "cheat meal" once a week is considered normal.

However, over the years, My cheat meal consumption has grown to the point where im no longer seeing any results from my intense workouts. Whats worse, if I mess up with my regular diet even once I'll go out and eat a ton of junk food, and tell myself i'll start over and be better tomorrow.

My goal is to eliminate my weekly cheat meal and eat healthy at every meal

I have some thoughts an ideas but don't to over stop my bounds. I'd like to know what everyones goals are, and maby we can find a way to reach them together?
