Me too. I think. I wish i could give you advice that did not sound like those dieting sites. Donīt wanna encourage food restriction. I know there are a lot of tips on how to stop binging, but i donīt think thatīs your issue...
Just wanted to say that youīre not alone. Yehh
Thanks for this!

When I get cravings I want to eat and eat. I really appreciate when I have my dinner or lunch because it satisfies me. Maybe you don't do much you enjoy or you're bored.
Thanks for this!

You can register on a health/fitness website. Their plans are really effective. I'm sure you will find the difference... On other hand, if you cant stop binge eating, at least take out time to exercise!

I have to make sure I don't skip meals. If I do, that provides me with a built-in excuse the next time I feel stressed. "Well, I haven't eaten since yesterday." Then I make up for what I skipped, and more. By not skipping, I don't have room to say that, so I don't build up the hunger. Then my overall consumption is less.

I can also hold off a binge by making sure I eat high-quality and healthy foods. If I do have a specific craving, I'll eat a nutritious version of it rather than trying to substitute for it. If I want X, in other words, I'll find a healthy way to prepare X. I won't eat Y instead, hoping my craving for X will go away. If I try that, then I'll fill up on Y and still want X. I would have eaten less overall if I'd just had the X in the first place.
