I have gotten a good handle on my binge eating. I need to lose weight though. And honestly with my work schedule, I'm having trouble finding time to make healthy meals, particularly mid-day. I was considering some kind of meal replacement shake/smoothie. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I did a program called HMR which was mostly diet shakes (it also had entrees that didn't need refrigeration). You can buy it from them or on amazon.
