I am a newbie here and am still trying to figure this whole thing out.. what I'm having the biggest problem with understanding my very real need to lose weight for my long term health with the cycle of dieting and binging. Every single time i diet, it ends with me getting frustrated by lack of progress (because of over eating), then binging because of months of deprivation, then i be end up being even heavier than i was when i started. I want to stop this cycle and but i don't know how to do that and try to lose weight at the same time when that has been part of the problem my whole life..

Please help.. i don't even know where to begin or who to talk to.
