Do not eat pie for breakfast. Im not joking. If its here, I eat it, and so does my diabetic ex. Dont halt your exercise routine over the holidays! So important for mood as well as as for physical health and preventing weight gain. Good luck folks.

I usually freeze some leftovers so I don't eat everything all at once.
