I haven't been in these forums in so long. But here I am. Trying to work through my eating issues.

I am on a weight management program through the veterans' administration. I was on it once before a few years ago and I was able to lose the weight.

Three years and one serious illness later and I weigh more than I did before I started last time. This time, the scale just won't budge.

I didn't realize how much my moods and meds and everything else was affecting my eating habits.

I can't seem to have the willpower (not for lack of trying) not to overeat this time.

I was going to try and get a workbook on eating disorders. One written by a reputable nutritionist or therapist. I just need help getting started.

Anyone have any suggestions as far as books/workbooks go?
