It is becoming apparent that the optimal diet for me is one of indifference. Always before, i searched for the one correct way of caring about food, without success. All this time, it seems that the healthiest attitude towards food for me is to NOT care very much. Now that i am eating according to my desires, my diet is much more reasonable and i feel a lot healthier. I used to graze and now i go HOURS without food, effortlessly. I'm eating at roughly normal meal times. I am eating as i did as a child, when i was so thin and had a healthy relationship to food. I have my favorite foods that i eat on a regular basis and i feel satisfied!

That’s a very refreshing take on relationships with food—I definitely agree that you may be onto something. I will be very curious to hear updates from you as you continue with this mindset!
