I mean right before dinner, too

I don't know why I do this, honestly

I have my dinner in a minute, (fish and fries), and I've just eaten an entire big bowl of chocolate

I mean I am always doing this. Why can't I wait until after dinner?

I do that too! It usually means ive waited a LITTLE too long to eat.

I have had to ignore my legitimate hunger cues almost all my life, but sweets were always available and somehow more acceptable to my parents for me to eat than "real food". I need an eating nutrition / etiquette school.
