Loved it Went swimming yesterday I’ve said this before on here, but it’s worth saying again— swimming is really cathartic for me. I love being in the water; always have (allegedly I learned to swim before I learned to walk). Plus, it’s great cardio while placing no stress on my feet and joints. I’m going to start off slow and go three times a week for the first few weeks. Then once I get into a rhythm, I’ll add different forms of exercise for the other two days so I don’t get bored LOL. I’m really psyched about going swimming again tomorrow!

@indigo1015 glad you get so much joy from swimming. I feel some of that joy just taking a shower, getting wet. I loved swimming when I was younger. Sounds like good self care.

@CANDC thank you and yes it is very good self care. I just ordered a swimcap designed for people with long hair, dreadlocks, etc. off Amazon, because after a few annoying incidents yesterday, I decided I needed one lol. (My hair is pretty long.). Also found an old watch I’d forgotten I had that is water resistant.
