I fear being home without my husband because I'm scared someone will knock on our front door.
I sit at the computer and every noise is someone coming up the stairs to hurt me. While walking through the shopping centre I think everyone is looking at me, talking about me etc. My mind wanders ALL the time. I'm constantly thinking I'm going to get hurt if I leave the house. I'm 35 and scared of the dark. I can't go downstairs when the garage door is open at night. I hate not having the front gates shut and locked. I'm scared of my own shadow
