Thank you for the responses

My wife suffers from Persecutory delusions and also every comment I make is made into some kind of dig at her.

For 20 years she claimed to have multiple sclerosis being in a wheelchair, relaps, etc. The doctors told 6 months ago there was nothing wrong with her physically. She now has invented another autoimmune disorder that she has.

As she thinks there is nothing wrong with her there is no propect of any improvement in her illness.
