me again, sorry, but I also wanted to add that I hallucinate a lot. Not really in broad daylight, but if it's a little dark I see the scariest things that are just so real. Is my paranoia causing this, or is this something else that is causing the paranoia?

I sometimes get into paranoid moods. One of the things I monitor is how much is auditory hallucinations(voices) and how much are visual hallucinations. It helps relieve the anxiety and have got my brain wired(cognitive therapy)to prevent stress. I think you do need a pdoc or counsellor to help you work these things out. Maybe the others here at PC will have other suggestions.

psychiatric drugs are dangerous. i dont know i your on any or not. i would just try to deal with the hallucinations and paranoia if i were you. definetly see a psychologist. but seeing a psychiatrist is a different story. i went to a psychiatrist three years ago and now im being forced to take the meds by my probation officer. i wish i would have never went to the psychiatrist.
your paranoia might be true and maybe u just know things that other people dont know. alot of the things people tell me im paranoid about , is just becuase they dont beleive me. |
