I'm not sure if I have any paranoia disorder, but I do get paranoid a lot. In this day and age, I'm afraid my girlfriend is always cheating on me. I've been told by many I have trust issues, and I always say ill be okay and get over things.

I'm ruining my relationship because I'm always afraid she's going to cheat on me. She tells me I'm the best and that'd she never do anything but I'm massively afraid that it's all BS.

Not sure what to do about this at all. I had the same issues with my ex's. maybe because I caught my ex talking to her ex? It was one night when she got a text from a random number. I called up and I knew who it was when he picked up because her ex was Spanish, and when I asked who it was... It was her ex.

She said she never spoke to him and that it was really weird that he texted her. I never trusted her after that and it pretty much ruined us. I was glad that was over though because she wasn't good for me.

I know this is a lot to take in as a reader, but not sure what to do.

My suggestion is to go see a therapist and talk about what you've said here. The only way you will know whether you have a paranoid disorder is to get professionally diagnosed. Okay?

Yes, I'm young though and really don't have support to even pay for a therapist.
