It's gonna be ok. Try not to focus so much on what causes it. What's done is done. But you can change how you feel. What has helped me deal with anxiety is building my confidence. If you feel certain about your capabilities you start to feel better about these kinds of things. It also gives you a good sense of self awareness. Trust in yourself is a huge step in the right direction. I suggest you find something you want to get better at. Something that is important to you. When you find strength in yourself to do this for you it will feel great. That is what has worked for me. But whatever you do be patient with yourself. It isn't your fault that you feel the way you do but you can change it. Don't worry
