don't know if anyone can relate to this but i'm struggling with paranoia a lot lately but trying to pretend i'm fine, forcing myself to go against my urges to hide etc. even here, i wanna be, need to be, invisible but won't allow myself to go there today. ok for today, a sunday, but tomorrow i have a mountain of things to do that mean travelling to town and the city.

to all
