Hi all!

I need some help. My father is exhibiting paranoia and fixed delusions. Paranoia is about people stealing and breaking into the house. And delusion is about spouse (my mother) cheating.

This is a sudden onset rather some time in November 2017. I think the symptoms were triggered by some life events, but I cannot figure out what is going on: delusional disorder, dementia or something else?

Hey Amica;
Has there been any improvement in your father's situation? I don't know the answer to your question but it does sound concerning hence this follow-up message of mine.
