So, what is it that you choose to do when you find yourselves tempted to break NC?

Going for a walk? Playing chess? Reading a book?

Type up a list of all the mean, crazy, ignorant things they ever did to you. Leave room at the bottom for additions. Print it out and read it. Get a good chuckle out of it. Feel sorry for this disordered person if you can. Paste it on the wall. Then go for a walk, play some chess or read a book, etc...
