My husband is slowly getting better with his problem. I was doing everything for him from eating to showering. Now that he is doing better I don't know what to do with myself. I am getting anxious and feel like I am crawling out of my skin. Anyone else experience this?

(((TWIRLS))). It is good to see you posting you may need to see a DR for a physical your symptoms may be related to stress or exhaustion. Also talking to your therapist if you have one about a med change may be in order at this time, since you may have been on a higher dose of meds while your husband was not well, you may need a reduction in meds at this time, if your dosage was higher in the past while your husband was ill. Take care and good day. Soidhonia

Thank you. It would not supprise me if I am exhausted. I really went off on my husband and told him that this was all in his head and he was making it up. I told him to stop with the games or I was taking our daughter and leaving. He was walking the next day and called to set up an appointment with a T.
