so today my brother got a booster shot of invega and it still doesn't seem like it is helping. they said he may have to go on the invega pills with the invega shot. Something has to happen because he has called the police late at night saying we were being murdered, he has taken wood out of the fire place and almost caught the house on fire, lit cigarettes with cook stove and left the burner on almost catching the house on fire and he leaves his cigarettes burning around the house. He doesn't say one thing in the form of reality anymore. I hope and pray this ends and he starts to get better

KG4KBU, Hello and welcome to PC. It is nice to meet you. I am so sorry to hear about your brother's issues. This sounds really scary to me. It sounds like your brother is having intrusive thoughts or some type of psychosis. His meds really need some adjusting. He needs to be in intensive treatment. I hope and pray for him as well. Please get him some professional help.

Hello KG4KBU, nice to meet you and welcome. It does sound like your brother is going through some sort of psychosis right now. I would be inclined to contact the mental health team as soon as possible as he is inadvertently a danger to himself/others. I think he would probably need to go to hospital so that they can adjust his medication safely. Best wishes.
