what distractions do you have to offer her? can you rent cheap comedies to lighten her mood. watch a marathon season of something on netflicks. bake something togeter. get some coloring books or puzzle books for her. does she crochet or knit. quilt. read. go for walks. help with cleaning the house. good luck with the doctors.

She is watching TV constantly on the internet. Counseling apt next week. I spoke with c ouselor she noted she wouldn't get meds for several weeks.Don't know if we or she can wait that long. She's on medicade not whole lot of options here in Ohio. 7 years ago she was in 2 hospitals. They try different meds didn't work out well at all. She has a younger brother here he's 21. We work full time. Thanks for ideas I'm really trying
