I don't want to change how I feel. I am angry and it is justified. Ok, maybe I do want to change how I feel. Gentle avoidance is very difficult with a person with a personality disorder. Any suggestions?

What type of personality disorder?
How we feel is how we feel. How we act or whether we act based on our feelings is what we can control. |
