|
No matter what I did all the education in the world no matter what I tried. She was bright purple, I was doing cpr,I loved her so much.I have to live with this. I don't know how to stop the recording from going over and over again.

(((( tifferific )))) Safe hugs, if you want them. I wish I had some wonderful advice. Do you see a therapist, or a counselor... anyone you can talk about this with? That might be helpful. I just wanted you to know I read your post, and I care. I'm sorry you had to go through that.

Perhaps some grief counseling can help you cope with the re-living it part, and help you have a safe place for your memories.
I'm so sorry for all your pain and suffering. Please look into the grief counseling, as it has helped some people I know greatly. Peace and Sympathy, Nightbird

I know how you feel, I really do, I watched a loved one, a very important person in my life leave this Earth, take her last breathe. The picture was stuck in my mind for a while afterwards, but time is healing. Now when I think of her, I think of her life rather then her difficult death. Try to remember the times before.
