Spouts of anger are supposed to be a key symptom in BPD i was wondering if anyone else dosnt really have these outlashes of anger? I was thinking it may be because im still in the early stages that it has not built up enough inside of me to start errupting, that i still push it all down, thanks for the help.

Why not sober up a little and then come back on.
It seems like you are dealing with many things.
Hope you stay safe!

I believe that nobody has ALL the symptoms or traits of whatever their illnesses are. For example, anger is only one trait in BPD. Have you discussed this with a doctor or therapist?

Yes, there is a book out, sorry the author's name escapes me, titled,

The Quiet Borderline

It is about people with BPD who have the reverse reaction and bury the anger. Much more difficult to treat.
