Borderline only has a trace of paranoid that comes and goes. Borderline consists of para suicide, Self destructive behaviors, fear of abandonment, emotional disregulation, anger. It is a very painful illness. It could stem from an invalidating environment plus having a predisposition of strong emotions that don't come down to baseline as quickly as others. Paranoid personality you are just suspicious of other people, more consistently.
