Welcome to PC, Robert. That would be a tough combination to deal with (I have some of the same stuff too). How much do you feel that the anxiety and depression are related to your personality disorder?

Hi I'm a new member.
Lots and lots to say, but for now, I have a burning question.
Why do I always create tension/problems with work colleagues and have felt different all my life?
Had first breakdown last year, following conflict at work.
Since then have been searching for reasons and have tried therapy, but get irritated with it.

Any thoughts welcome

Welcome, spacegeek. I can definitely relate to your issues. Don't have any answers, still after much therapy, don't really know what to do myself. It seems to me like personality issues are the great unresolved mystery in the mental health care field. Any ideas about what might help you?

Thank you Here today.
I don't know really what would help, but I think having an explanation would help.
I'm not experiencing extreme sress right now so its difficult to say, as when I do,
the same old stuff comes up.
😞
