I notice that within alot of areas of the American Judicial System it is either heavily biased for the plaintiff or the defendant.

Example:

You are not likely to win in traffic court in many areas. Win (in this context) means no court costs, nothing on your driving record, no legal fees.

You are more than likey to win as a consumer even if you are completely wrong.

This bias has lead me to become VERY agressive in areas of the judicial system that it is easy to win in.

I feel like I am FAR too agressive (and mean) in these easy to win areas in an effort to compensate for my losses in areas of the judicial system that are not fair to regular people.

Is this some sort of a disorder?

Thanks

I'm not certain, given the information you provided, but off hand, I don't think so. However, remember that we are not professionals who can diagnose.

Are you a lawyer?
