Hello everyone, I'm new to psych central so am making my introductory posts. I have a secondary diagnosis of a nonspecific personality disorder which includes traits of bpd and npd. I'm currently in individual therapy and dbt. My partner also has a personality disorder and we are greatly instrumental in our mutual recovery. I look forward to getting to know the other members of this forum.
