I don't have this all the time but sometimes it kinda scares me a bit. If I've been near busy traffic or a bridge, I've sometimes felt the urge to jump off or into the traffic. But almost not in a suicidal way. Just almost like I'm being told to do it by someone else. For instance I have been in a car in the passenger side before with an expensive phone or device, and felt like I wanted to toss it out of the window, even knowing the consequences of this action. Does that happen to anyone else?
