I'm having a little trouble keeping my thoughts straight. One day a single comment can drive me to a rage so bad that I just want to hurt someone or something, the next I wonder if I just end my own life. Most of the time I'm able to keep my anger and contempt in, but I'm worried that it's starting to wear on mind. I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to deal with these thoughts.

What sort of comments? Also I saw your thread on playing with the frog, IMO as long as you don't think you should play with people like you did with the frog, you are fine. I know a couple people who are like you in terms of that.

Any comment, could be something as simple as being out of milk or something like that. I don't where the other thoughts come from, I don't get sad. Just exhausted with dealing with other people, but that couldn't be the root of that right?

I don't understand. Someone comments "oh we ran out of milk" and you get into a rage?

You would definitely want to know why you are exhausted dealing with people. That is significant.
