I'm not really sure where to post this, but lately I've been having a lot of these "urges" to do things that I shouldnt, like pull a fire alarm, press buttons/honk a horn that i shouldnt, pull the exit handle in the airplane. It sort of feels like I want to cause something crazy or something I dont know.

Has anyone else experience this symptom or know what it could be a symptom of? I am currently recovering from major depressive.

Thanks.

Sounds like you are having trouble with impulsive thoughts. I'm not sure what might be causing them but you should mention it to your doctor.

I do and it's hard because you can't talk to anyone about it or do it. I'm a good girl so I can't do that stuff but the emotions and feelings get so overwhelming. I tried writing about it, even try to explain it to a family member but they didn't understand. So now I just lay down and imagine the things I really want to do. I wish I had a friend that was like me to cope with and will imagine it together.
I am coping to from major depression and I tried telling my tdoc but she just started asking about my meds. No one takes you serious unless you do something big.

Those seem different from the impulses of bipolar mania.
